If your domain is registered and remain untouched,
and your registrar posts PPC ads, this is 100 percent proof that you have bad faith.
Is this logical? : of course not, because the thing is that you are not modifying your domain:
and
1. If there are no ads or JS codes on the landing page , you are ok, BUT,
2. if your registrar posts PPC ads there is BAD FAITH+ NO LEGITIMATE INTEREST
and even if your domain is meaningful on its own right, if part of it is trademark
(like: applefruit.com) it is counted as confusing similarity and you lose the domain 100 percent.
Of course the REAL TERRORlST here is not the registrar, but helping a TERRORlST is also being like
them. (T-RR-R via legal system)
HOW DOES BAD FAITH CLAIM WORK
There is no confusing similarity and also there is no confusion or similarity
BUT in applefruit.com case
they can say FRUIT here can stand for
FUTURE REAL USEFUL INTERESTING TABLET
so confusing similarity is established because Apple INC has tablets.
How is BAD FAITH ESTABLISHED:
Normally you will see icecream, applejuice ads,
but when you connect from APPLE's nameservers,
they will show phone, tablet, macbook ads;
and this will be 100 percent proof of bad faith.
I MUST SAY, Apple INC seems to be a reasonable company in UDRP sense,
so I was just giving an example of disgusting corrupt UDRP logic
and with only slight exeggeration.
SO REGISTRARS LIKE Dynadot, Godaddy, .. etc should stop posting PPC ads.
They should promote their own services only, and this should be clear from
their landing page contents. For example they can say in a visible way:
this domain was registered for one of our clients and currently there is no content,
see what we are offering at our own company.
Icann is guilty also, if they don't demand that registrars can't post ppc ads, or run
suspicious scripts.
UDRP is evil, but noone can stop them? All the rest of us, Icann, registrars,
should do our part.
It is well known that the DS which includes those big complainants, and UN
take part in Chld Scrfc . If we can't stop this, what can we do:
protect your kids, and inform other people. If we don't do this, we are helping those monsters.
Same with domains.
They would say, your kids have EYE's and our company also starts with I..
So transfer your kid to us, it it will be used in devil worshipping.
They do it openly in domain sense, secretly in kids sense.
