Haven't posted in a long time, not sure the last time I shared sales - but thought I would share an update for late 2022 & into 2023. Hope everyone is having some success and keeping positive. Opportunity is still out there!

All the names I am listing were purchased via GD closeouts - prior to the increase (cant remember was it $ 8 to $12 or so? - GD had great pricing not that long ago.). I still think GD closeouts are the best place to mine for low priced valuable names. But that's just my opinion and sure others have better methods.

This domain has always been a valid one and in certain demand; but not top value - which I always knew as fintech is a combo word. But there are folks liking such names of course.

I'm running a summer sale on certain names and once discounted, it sold quick.

Didn't want to renew it anyway as I'm trimming fats, spinach and broccoli domaining time for me.

The domain had a BIN of $2988 but negotiated down to $2K. I accepted this price as it's still a good sale during summer slump. Otherwise the domain is definitely worth > $3k, great name in this field. Suitable for a life insurance firm ... and more.

I renewed it again recently, and I believe the buyer might have been waiting for it for a while and decided buy. I've seen certain sales tend to group right before expiry and also right after renewal.

Their buy decision right now was probably the right one. I would not have dropped this domain anyway, and during the next months I also might have not been so understanding on accepting a lower price for what I believe to be a very good name.

Pleased to say I now have 3rd sale to report this summer: FireArms Dot TV (a Dot-TV sale no less)!

This is one of the few domains I reduced in price (about $200) as opposed to increased in an effort to liquidate all but my best three Dot-TVs.

Not a huge sale and one of the very few domains I did NOT have a GD Lander for so I will pay more in commissions.

This was a hand-reg NON-Premium Dot-TV that I have held for several years (maybe 5-6 years) so not a hugely profitable sale, but better than letting expire!
