As long as I know it doesn't have problems with the Linden TOS because the name slook goes for 'social look' and not 'second life'.
I have been running it for a year had multiple conversation with Lindens about it, and they never mentioned anything.

If you want the domain with everything... this include:

and all the promotional stuff (both inworld and real)
