I won a domain 4 days ago and had some issues with my card. I emailed snapnames support + opened a ticket, I didn't receive a reply. Yesterday night the issue was fixed and I went to my financial center to add funds to pay for the domain and I see that the domain is gone from there.
They don't really respond to emails... Any idea what I can do?
