What are the rules exactly ?
If I own a domain and live in Sweden, can a firm that have that domain trademark in USA claim the domain and win ?

Shouldnt there just be internationall trademarks that will give the rights to claim a internationall domain.

The extention I wonder about is .nu

well, for example, if you owned microsoft.us (this is just an example), and you lived in another country, microsoft could make the company that registers .us's hand the domain to them, because that company operates in the country where the name was trademarked.
I believe this is how it works for all of them

Yeah, but microsoft is well know worldwide and have internationall trademarks so that isnt a googd example.

Im talking small firms not the worlds biggest.
