WebPlus- A free web development software

Hello all,

I think serif.com is a well known name in the field of web development. WebPlus starter is their free software that could be used to create HTML pages, blogs, add hitcounter, etc. It also has inbuilt templates which we could edit. The software are free of cost.
It has many free software like PagePlus, PhotoPlus, DrawPlus, MoviePlus, Panorama Plus, etc.. starter versions
