it may take a few minutes for the domain to appear in the namebright account

This is my first time participating in an auction on dropcatch.com. I participated in several domain auctions there. Until when I won an auction for 2 domains. but due to the time difference, in my country it's time to sleep at night. I proceeded to pay in the morning. Payment has been made for 2 domains. But the domain doesn't appear in the namebright account. Is this something reasonable? or is there a glitch in their system? i'm still new to this. i have emailed dropcatch and namebright. I will continue to speak up on this matter given the huge amount for me.
