Wow, nice hand reg! I'm surprised this was open. Even though electric cars are slowly taking over, smog checks will be needed for a while a still (gasoline vehicles). "Smogging" a car before you sell it is commonly done. The term with -ing is not used that frequently but it does get used for sure!
