This story starts with DNF; a barren wasteland that once was a leading forum within the domain industry. While the forum itself played a huge role in propagating the myth that is Adam Dicker, the story really begins with DNF College in the summer of 2011.

Updates / Reports
These are in no particular order.

From what I understand, Adam still owes north of $33,000 to previous customers and business partners. As I receive more information, I will update this figure.

Yep, get your popcorn folks, it's gonna be a long one

I doubt it friend, unless Shane here has something "solid" to backup his allegations against Adam.

PS: Does the word trolling comes to anyone's mind here?

How did a private chat with Cyger go out? That's not good for Cyger.
And i didnt like that Cyger told him "cant tell you exactly why, you just have to stop the show". I HATE THAT. Not nice to take negative action on someone and not give them the reasons why you're doing so.very frustrating and unfair to the person receiving that.

Adam must be aware because the software mentioned (linked) in Shanes thread is no longer for sale.

I've never been a fan of Adam's but I'm even less of a fan of innuendo. What specific crime is he being accused of committing?

This information did not come from thin air. Everything in there is backed by fact, however, my sources wish to remain anonymous. Adam has threatened some with legal action and others are worried about being shunned from the industry. If I wasn't certain that this mess was true I wouldn't have published it due to libel and defamation of character laws.

I'm sure he'll sue me anyways but I'm comfortable with that. Counter lawsuits are fun.

Wouldn't you rather keep it to yourself rather than having to deal with lawsuits?

What exactly are you trying to achieve?

If the US has similar laws to the UK, they won't be able to remain anonymous if a judge orders their identity to be revealed in court. Assuming it goes that far of course.

Best,
Paul

So someone "who we have no clue about" is in hot water and you are helping that person by writing a blog post about (against) Adam and then call it all fun? Not sure how it all adds up here.

Fact??? What facts? Where are they? Or are we missing something here? Could you please clarify it?

If you call it a crime that Adam earned affiliate commission from selling products/services, I wouldn't call it that. For the part where he didn't paid his employees, that's still something that needs to be proved. And that still doesn't give any right to anyone to call people criminals.

Don't know what your intentions are but have you even talked to Adam about it? Or have you just heard the first part of the story and put the fire on against Adam?

It would have been more professional and ethical of you if you would have dealt the situation after hearing from both parties and mentioning the whole "fact" thingy in it as well.

You're suggesting we should believe your words instead of theirs, people you were in bed with just a few weeks ago.

And who knows this conversation is real or not, as nothing in the blog post was proven so far.

PS: First the Flippa thread and now this. I don't understand why people have/show no professional ethics when it comes to the industry they are working in.

In a community here, we should act like a team with nice attitude and problem-solving skills. Not to make news out of things that are far from reality and existence.

No offense to none. Just my few cents. lol.

So taking money without providing a service is ethical? Whatever, bro.

Do what you will with this information. Believe it or dismiss it.

No worries either way.

There are parts that are true and parts that are simply untrue. Your source sent me an email saying that I had Until October 5th to pay a certain amount or they would release info they THOUGHT were true.

The things you posted that were not true makes you libel.

There is definitely another side to this story.

I have made mistakes no question about it and I plan on staying in front of them.

To be frank, it is hard to believe Adam has financial issues. Just how?

He could have greed issues.

If the US has similar laws to the UK, they won't be able to remain anonymous if a judge orders their identity to be revealed in court.

Its a complicated subject, serving a subpoena to reveal the identity of an anonymous whistleblower?

Sounds like your primary issue here is blackmail, rather than libel.

It's nothing what someone would call "Information". But yes, it does has a feeling of you creating a "hype" to promote your blog and attract readership.

Just saying as none of the allegations were proved there.
