With ns1/ns2 I believe you cannot achieve the same or even close to results. Because parking ads are the biggest distraction and create confusion among the potential buyers IMHO.

I'm using ns3/ns4 (price request lander) since Jan 2020 for all of my domains. I tried BIN lander for 3-4 months between these many years but wasn't impressed with the results.
