Improving the reported sales thread - Add a separate linked discussion thread

I have an idea that would, in my opinion, improve the reported sales thread by a lot. The problem is comments. I believe they are still needed. I miss them, frankly. - On one hand, you need a de-cluttered approach in this thread, just sales. - On another hand, people want to ask questions...

discuss Why did AskMe.com go for $95k?

It was namejet sail... which means it wasn't an end user but a domainer :tightlyclosedeyes: I understand the brandability of AskMe, but isn't it a huge noob investor's risk to do 95k and hope to sail it for 200k+?? or perhaps backlinkz involved?

When I report a domain name sale to NameBio I provide or at least am always willing and able to provide proof in the way of escrow or other screenshots. With my higher price sales I am required to provide proof. I understand that when Mike Mann or Rick Schwartz report their sales to Ron...

discuss Reported sales in new gTLDs - oh well, we are still comparing oranges to apples!

I think when new gTLDs sales are reported, we are in many cases truly comparing oranges to apples. There are 2 main problems: A) Ignorance of renewal fees: if you go to reliable source like namebio.com. you can filter for example aftermarket sales of .store extension. When you sort it by price...
