The Junior Apprentice is now accepting applications for the new program, currently scheduled for airing in January 2010.

Please read the TOS as the age limits are quite restrictive including dates to be born after and before. Not all 16 and 17 year olds can apply.

About January I presume.
It says that all applicants need to be 16 or 17 in January 2010 or they cant apply. So I would presume this is the case because they're airing it in January 2010 so can't have anyone suddently being 18.
