In the above article and on google, there are sites referring to the city as both Sao Paulo and Sao Paolo.

So i dont wtf is happening lol!

I'm guessing it's proper with the "u" ... "Sao Paulo". If you can register that ".INFO", would seem good to go, IMHO.

Google:
"Sao Paulo" ... about 2,320,000 search results/42,300 not separated.

I think the "Paolo" is simply a common typo, from what I can tell.
