HELP Domain appraisal that's being auctioned on another site

If one of my domain is already in auction on another site, can I post about that domain or get free appraisal on that?

You may request an appraisal or discuss a domain name you have listed for sale on a 3rd party website, however, the only place you can use a promotional tone or to announce that it's on a 3rd party site for sale is in our external domains for sale marketplace section.

Keep in mind, if you wish to list a domain for sale in auction format on namePros, the listing must be exclusive and can not be listed anywhere else for sale in an auction.

6.2.1. Auctions must be exclusive to NamePros until the winner is awarded the item(s) or the auction expires without a winner.
