I have many good brandable domains like orboy.com and tonize.com
Is there any easy way to increase their values before selling them?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
When it comes to brandable names what I see a lot of people do is buy a customize header or logo for the brand to give potential buyers an idea of what they can do with it. Also make sure to mention the logo comes with the purchase of the name. Write down ideas on what they can do with this brandable name. All of this will increase the perceived value.

Of course the long way to go would be to fully develop the brand and popularity and sell it off but this will take a lot of time and effort.

yah sure you can increase its value by putting these domain names into
brandbucket.com
list there and they will host it with good page for selling and they will also make its logo.....

value does not increase, based on where it's listed.

unless sucker domainers believe that to be true

just because a niche` venue accepts your submission and you agree to give them a cut from any potential sale....doesn't increase that domains' worth.

now having a logo made, is an added investment for that name, therefore it may make it more appealing, and, because of that investment... make it appear worthy of your asking price.

however, just because "you" call it brandable, doesn't make it so.

let others see it as such, then capitalize on that perception/

imo....

Logo and being accepted to Brandbucket may help, but what about generating traffic?
Imwo that the good way to increase the value. You can create social accounts and grow it with automatic rss software. Facebook subscribers have value on their own.

You could do some of the basics to get them going as brandables, such as creating all the social media accounts that will eventually need to be made anyway.

Two separate gmail accounts for each domain name and start creating accounts for FB, FB Fan pages, Twitter, G+ pages, Instagram, Pinterest etc, grab all the open URLs for your domains ex. facebook.com/orboy, twitter.com/orboy etc

After securing your brandable URLs in social media you can start dressing them up, maybe hire some help from freelancer.com to get those going. You don't have to buy artificial likes and follows, just make sure you have all the relevant social media accounts ready and lined up to be handed over with the domain after the sale. That will add value imo, all this will need to be done anyway for a successful brand name ... you already have the work done.
