FYI: "Aged" is not always a big deal, but I was going to use "mergetools" for a software related site and would not have opened at $30 without the age factor.

Update: Looking over the listing I can see where this domain was claimed to be 14 years old, to entice more buyers.

Looking at whois, we can see that this domains recent creation date is: Created on 2017-10-31

The following rule applies:

6.1.22. Sellers must clearly distinguish between the most recent registration date and the past registration dates of a domain by labeling them “Registered” and “History” respectively. Learn the difference between them.

This domain name may have a "History" of 14 years, however, it is NOT 14 years old with a creation date of: 2017-10-31.

In light of the above discovery, the seller is in violation of rule 6.1.22 and the deal is now VOID.

You may not mislead, manipulate, or falsify information to encourage bids/buyers.

I will be issuing an official warning to the sellers account shortly.
