i don't think that european countries recognize common law but it is a grey area
There are millions of good domains to buy cheap or like 100 thousand ok to hand-reg. I personally, would not waste time on domains where their is gray area where you can get URDP or some sort of TM issue. It's just not worth the time. Note: I sell lots of two words but I'd never own ones that say like ipad or iphone in them. You should use the same logic for person first-last-name domains. However, without knowing if the domain is something like Bob Smith it's hard to say if it's illegal.Is this ok? I mean does it causes any legal problems?
