i own a valuable one word domain which is a perfect match for a major factory in Dallas, Texas.
(the domain is registered since 1999)
the factory website is words.com, and my domain ia word.com without the "s".
i need someone lives in Texas for a local visit to close the deal.
(note : i tried to contact them via email & linkedin and i got no reply)
i will pay 10% commission.
