Impact VPS - Best I have used in over 20 years.
They aren't the typical VPS provider though, you get a pool of resources and can provision any number of servers out of your pool. My company recently left after a year of flawless service, because we really needed Enterprise level solutions, but for over a year we had 2x their largest plan that isn't even listed on their site.
For $250 a month we had enough resources to make 100 VPSes, I kid you not. We made a dozen strong servers and never had downtime, not friggin once. Anytime I needed help, BAM they answered tickets like they knew they were coming.... ninja style.
I'm leaving our account there to use for testing software and such, but we've moved production to Hivelocity out of necessity.... who so far has been kick-a**.
