Is it to trade a trademarked dn allowed?

Say that I have a DN that is subject to some trademark , can I sell it with no problem (of course not to the owner of the trademark)? Wouldn't be this a cheat?

If you think about it, everything and anything has a potential problem.

Without all the facts, it's hard to say. But this much I can say: the trademark
holder can go after all parties concerned with the domain if they'll bother to.

Will that trademark party win? That's another story.

like amazontalk.com got sold for 1000 nP$ or more....
