On post quality votes, show up and down stats

Currently we only see the net of post quality votes. I.e. if a post has 10 upvotes and 3 downvotes, the figure shown is "7".
It would be nice if the "7" showed the upvotes and downvotes. Perhaps on-hover of the current net total, something like:
+10 -3

This can be invaluable to determine more accurately the users opinions as to if something is good, bad, neutral etc.

For example, if a post shows a total net quality of "25", that could be:

• +25 -0 | it's very popular or very good advice
• +30 -5 | it's reasonably popular or sound advice, that "-5" is useful to know
• +50 -25 | it's possibly just subjective, but if it's advice then that "-25" shouldn't be ignored

If a post shows "+6" people may think it's sound advice, useful info, etc. But what if the stats were:

• +26 -20

The "+6" we see makes it appear good and potentially sound advice, but in reality it has a significant number of downvotes that could mean caution should be given to the advice.
