Payoneer Refused To Release Money For Over 3 Months

I had a very smallish sale on DomainLore some months ago and the buyer was to pay in euros.

I sent invoice to him and he paid. Since then, to get the money out has been a nightmare. We can't convert it to dollar, we can't transfer it out to another payoneer account and it's just stuck in the system.

It's been a nightmare and talking to them isn't helping either.

Does any one know a top rep that can handle this by helping?
