PHP Fuction - Parse a String + Extras

Hello!

I need a php function written so I can pass it a string and it will output the html so that EACH LETTER IS RAINBOW

I have found lots of good rainbow functions.. I lack the php knowledge to put it all together.

I know how it will work, get the length of the inputted string, loop through it, adding font color = random to each character, etc, etc....

I cant figure out if I want it to be a true rainbow ROYGBIV, or just random colors of characters that show up good on a white background.

Either one will work.

I can pay up to $5 for this small function.
It must take a string, and output with html each fontcolor/character
