All I can say is that if you are going to follow in the tracks of Rick in bulk buys,
You better know exactly what you are doing as I am sure he has targeted something he is not revealing.
And I say that with entire respect for Rick.

Otherwise you are creating an artificial demand for a gTLD
that always seems to feed itself in the value of sales between investors...
till it stops and someone is left with the names.

Just a cautious word. Pick your targets carefully. Play them as targeted.
Or play the wave of likely investor overreach and get out early.
