If it is for real meaning, Ruby gemstone is not sold as it is like in realestate with a broker. But for brandable name it is great, a broker agency with brand "Ruby". I think if you can market it, low xxxx $, it can be for end user broker who wants to name themself "Ruby Broker".

No value. As a domain it implies a Broker for Rubies, far better names for all precious stones/metals.

As a brand it's far to easy to confuse with the above
