A good quality information portal on all the various colleges and their respective courses. Monetized via lead generation, advertizing and adsense. There's a lot of cross over potential for other niches to be covered.

Universities pay great money for leads and many keywords associated with the niche have high value cpc rates.

My main concern is ranking the domain as I'll never outrank the Universities. I'll have to focus on other sources to drive traffic.
