TM's - Do Hyphens Matter ?

I bought a name related to Wrinkle Remedies we'll say - and it contains a hyphen "-" .

Does it matter ?

I didn't check tm at first because of links / But 3 out of 4 are dead and the one still tm actually is anti-"Keyword"

It was on Eb-y - and V-RO Pulled my listing ........

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do hyphens matter?

In the case of trademarks, if a lawsuit or domain dispute was filed against you, then no the hyphen wouldn't matter.

For instance, if you owned Micro-Soft.com, E-Bay.Com, 3-Com.com, etc I believe a judge would still find you to be in violation of a trademark.
