Is there a way to see the text of the complaint or do you have to wait until the case is decided?

Stable App LLC is a Delaware LLC. Stable-app.com is a company in Bogata, Columbia, according to LinkedIn. Are they related, and are they related to the Stable Group Ltd company with the trademark?

UDRP complaints are not published. What you see in the decision is usually a summary of the arguments. You don't see actual complaint or the response.

Is it possible to claim it?
Domain owner registered it in 1995
TM owner filed only in 2022

PPC links by registrars should be made illegal at icann level. They hurt respondents. Wipo and complainants know respondents have nothing to do with those ads, but still since they are evil+corrupt, they use them against respondents, without even giving them a chance to counter such a claim, because they never complain about it, you just see it in the decision, and not suprisingly there is no appeal, or it costs thousands to file. Wipo uses censorship "fairly" against complainants and respondents, but there is a difference, complainants' claims are hidden from respondents, and respondents' arguments are hidden from public.

No.

Stable.com Sells for Over $1 Million in One of the 3 Biggest Sales Reported Year-to-Date

We are less than six weeks into the new year and we've just had the third 7-figure sale reported in 2022 come to light. If they continue at that rate all year, 25 sales would end up being reported at that level compared to 14 in 2021 and only 2 in 2020.

The latest to ring the seven-figure bell is seller's Broker Maxwell Cashman at NewReach.com who just closed a $1,008,925 deal for Stable.com through Escrow.com. As of this writing, we don't know who the buyer is as the name is under WhoIs Privacy at NetworkSolutions and the nameservers have not yet been changed.

Whoever it is, unless a bigger sale comes in before our next bi-weekly domain sales report Wednesday evening (Feb. 16), Stable.com will rank as the 3rd biggest sale reported so far in 2022, trailing only Galaxy.com at $1,800,000 and Unlock.com at $1,228,200.

First off, if you want to link to USPTO trademark records, do not use links from TESS. Those links are session-dependent and you are the only person for whom the link will work.

When you are in TESS, click on the TSDR button and post that link:

https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=97330503&caseType=SERIAL_NO&searchType=statusSearch

Secondly, I don't understand what you are trying to say here. The UDRP was filed by Stable App LLC. You posted a USPTO record of Stable Group Ltd.. Are you trying to say those two companies are related somehow? Why?

They're using stable-app.com

Who is "they"? The UDRP Complainant, or the trademark registrant?

The registrant of the trademark you posted uses StablePrice.com, as can be seen from the specimen they filed with the USPTO (click on the "documents" tab in the TSDR record).

Not sure I follow the point.

The UDRP that Stable App LLC. filed to usurp the domain Stable.com, has been denied. The Complainant was also found to have engaged in Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.

Stable.com was acquired early last year by the Respondent, for the sum of $1,008,925 dollars. Brokered inquiries by the Complainant offered ridiculous sums to the tune of $900 dollars. When that did not come to fruition, the Complainant filed a UDRP.
