trademark UDRP sent trademark warning to my friend

my friend have trademark domain
he got this message today from trademark owner and registrant make he details of who is hold he cant change it or transfer the domain i need help about this if anyone can help
can they take the domain and jailed him or pay a penalty for that please advise

Hi, this is a part of UDRP process before WIPO, wherein the Trademark Owner has filed a domain name complaint and a copy of the Complaint has been marked to WHOIS email ID.

This is a notification to the Complainant / Trademark owner by WIPO after making available correct WHOIS details of your friend, asking them to make changes to the Complaint accordingly. Further, as soon as the Complaint is filed before the WIPO Center, the domain name is locked and neither any changes can be made nor it can be transferred out to another Registrar.

Now in few days time, a notification of the domain dispute proceedings would be received at the WHOIS email ID, providing 20 days to respond. There won't be any monetary penalty but the domain would be transferred away to the Trademark owner, based upon the facts, unless your friend can prove legitimate interests / lack of bad faith in the registration of the domain name.

Hello there,

One of my friend lost an domain at WIPO for trademark issues and the lawyer who represented the Trademark Company wants to open an case in the Local Court to recover all the fees that his Company spend it for the UDPR decision. ( they requested 250 Euro/ hour and the total its 5000 euro )

It is usually that?
Its a legal action?
Its not enough that they won the domain?
