The best thing to do is click the "Report" link in the direct message you have with the winner so that a moderator can be alerted to the exact direct message you need assistance in.

From there, a moderator team can then locate the conversation easily and get more involved.

Alternately, you can visit the direct message conversation you have with the winner and click the "Add more people" link under the participants box and a moderator team, for instance, you could add: Echo Mod Team

Once you do that, we'll be alerted to your conversation and can get more involved.
