Why ultra-premium Domain Landing unresolved?

Why do some domain owners choose not to set up a landing page for their domain, resulting in an error message like this:

This site can’t be reached​

Check if there is a typo in www.roshn.com.

• If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

Often, such domains could be ideal upgrades for one or more major businesses, though they may carry some UDRP risk.

Does leaving the domain unresolved reduce the UDRP risk? It might make it harder for businesses to contact the domain owner compared to having a proper landing page with contact information or an invitation to submit an offer.


I'm just curious about this.

Some primary reasons -

UDRP risk.

Lazy.

Couldn't be bothered.

Not really that available for sale.

There could be any number of reasons Several of mine are unresolved for personal reasons. (first names) This is a bit like asking Why Prime real-estate is empty. Somebody owns it. As many answers to that question applies to yours. A registrars generic holding page is sometimes the worst of all options
