Just a note for everyone.

Yes, I'm looking for for theme design and code... but I've noticed for some the "code" side is an afterthought and if there is not already a plug-in available - their knowledge dries up.

Soooo I need someone for ongoing work (or two or three or four someones ) who can look after the front end and back-end work, make adjustments to plug-ins and even occasionally build a custom plug-in from scratch.

If you can think outside the square - you are who I am looking for.
