domain Xuc.com Should I sell it for 26k?

Hi What do u guys think xuc.com is worth. I know people say LLL ending with C don't go for less than 30 k because it means corporation, company, china, chinese etc.

Before the offer (assuming it's good) What would you have been happy with, as a sales Closure ? - Don't lose sight of that. To many domain owners - think about 'what-Ifs' and 'maybes', then lose-out. (and Guess What Somebody just stoked their dream fire, with that offer)
26K sounds good to me. And I'm good at never-ever looking my domain sales future/ongoing usage - I don't won't to know Full-stop. God help me if they plant one of mine on TV
