I feel that this name is really far too long, but I gather that the UK government are going to be introducing interest free business loans, so this seemed to be worth a punt. I gather one click will pay for the reg and hosting.

I agree with you that it's worth a punt, I'm still up in the air and longer names. I think you might make rev parking it, a little anyway.

I think there's still value in exact match domains, some things just can't be described accurately with less words. I think people say "interest free" right? and there's only so many variables like "No Interest". I think people get confused with actual long tail phrases, and long tail BS. For example no one is looking for MyInterestFreeLoans, or GetInterestFreeBusinessLoans, but the might type in InterestFreeBusinessLoans
