namecheap has them at 0.02 per xyz in any case it would suck to be a registrar as the commissions on those registrations would be negligable.

Say what you want, but these promotions end up creating new xyz domains for the market and more end-users. That's only good for resellers. :D

Uniregistry will process one for one penny, I had a bunch and one failed so I bought it solo! If they were smart they would have made it pre-fund only with a minimum pre-fund of $10 or such. For different issue, I had to call customer service, like on the telephone, they don't have chat and I didn't want to wait for email, they were super nice and helpful.

Uniregistry includes whois privacy, NameCheap doesn't for this sale, when they had 88/44Cent promos they did, better renewal price at NC, but who knows what it will be by next year

I think I have spent about $1 at Namecheap. I'm pleased. Just need to sell 1 domain on their Marketplace to make a good profit. There system is hurting though. I will be checking out how many xyzs are registered tomorrow on registered.today.
