Genius.com Former CEO Tom Lehman launched a protocol called ETHSCRIPTIONS. Similar to Bitcoin Inscriptions.

Ethscriptions is a decentralized application (dApp) that allows users to create and manage inscriptions on the Ethereum blockchain. Inscriptions are text-based records that can be used to store anything from personal messages to legal contracts. They are immutable, meaning that they cannot be changed or deleted once they are created.
