The Webcaster Alliance registered a domain with godaddy through an anonymous service Domains By Proxy. The person who registered left the company and the site was removed because of an internal error.
The alliance was going to bring the issue up with ICANN but overnight it seemed the site was restored.
Weird? I think so.
This is kind of big because the alliance was preparing to take action against Recording Industry Association of America.
