GoDaddy transfer lock (6 months) - Aug/08/19 to Feb/04/20

So, I bought a BIN domain at GD on Aug/08 this year which was then transferred-in from a different registrar. It was a "Auctions Domain Transaction Assured" LLLL.com.

Now, in the Godaddy control panel, it shows the domain to be locked until Feb/04/2020:

Transfer domain away from GoDaddy (disabled)
Transfer available on 04-02-2020​

Is this not abnormal? Can there be a transfer lock beyond 60 days?

That is not normal. Ask support to investigate.

Should be 60 days, not 6 months.

I hope you get a reply. I have not heard of locks longer than 60 days. That is strange.

It is not normal to have a 6 month lock. Something else must be going on here. I would suggest you wait for the reply.
