We detect increased activity since the 8th of February. 4L.com chips are up more than 100 dollars in the last 4 days. Chinese bitcoin exchanges are shut for a month. Today's volume has already reached about 50% of recent days' volume around 10 am Chinese time.

Absolutely. It's time money moved into domains now. I don't expect them to go near the previous all time highs but a good recovery is very much possible.

The Chinese are afraid of the China "slowdown" (Thank you Trump!) + the China crackdown of tax evaders (ie putting them in jail or "never to be seen again")

Fear makes people panic. Panic makes people invest in either safer or riskier investments.
