The name shows up on NameBio.com regardless. I have seen a few domains actually where the transaction was never realized but showed up on Namebio.com.

Sedo does accept that the seller pushes the domain into their account with the current registrar, before releasing the funds. The buyer can then transfer it out, away from Sedo. Of course, this requires that little checkbox that locks the domain upon account pushes to be left unchecked. Typically though, Sedo says punch in the auth code so that the buyer can transfer it out.
