Need an svg image urgent

I have a design ,which is basically text (a font) .
I want a svg file created of the same.
I do not have illustrator or i would have done it on my own, Unfortunately i do not even even have the time to purchase it. and Photoshop does not provide the facility to create an svg.

Inkscape is free.

they convert an image from other formats to svg but that doesn't work well, tried that already, looking for someone who can create it, it's just text and nothing else however it's an urgent requirement

Can provide you Layered PSD Files, PNG, JPEG, and the Font (ttf) too
