Ive noticed that Uniregistry have changed their landing pages and to be honest I think they are quite good.
The only problem is that the buyer has to enter an offer (phone number no longer required) if you have set a minimum offer price. If they don't enter the minimum offer then they are rejected until they do. You could have a minimum offer of $5000 but may not get to negotiating slightly below this if the buyer doesn't enter the minimum $5000 straight off the bat.
Now the thing is you can remove your minimum offer and the enter offer box is removed so you can enter into dialogues/negotiations instantly. But wouldn't this mean this could lead to a lot of dud/low offers negotiations?
Anybody using Uniregistry notice that and what would you advise to do? Remove all minimum offers?
