Hello, please advice, how can I count visits on the domain(domains) and redirect them at the same time? Is there such service in the Web(more simple) that makes it possible? Thanks.

I mean visits counter(with change of NS perhaps) that allows also other redirect.

Which kind of redirect?
HTML redirect + Google Analytics is a simple solution.
You can use HTML+PHP if you have multiple domains.
Or you can use a web hosting with stat embedded like Cpanel.

Redirect via A Address or CNAME is another and more complex story.

Do you mean redirect like domain forwarding? If it is a website with link to another website, you can use counter like Histats.com. If redirect like domain forwarding, I think it is impossible.
