Well... OK SO NOW I KNOW THAT ALL THESE SALES RECENTLY ARE REAL LOL BECAUSE... another domain just sold of mine. So I"M THINKING, People are FOMO into DOmains because of that Google Mass-extinction of websites or something. Like legit, i've never had this many inbound sales in this short period of a time ... ever.

Anyway, so I kinda wanted to give up on this domain. I got it 2019 for $300 at an expired auction at GD (exo tower)... it was so good that even @Page Howe told me it was a nice acquisition.

I had it for like $4,999 BIN. But like, 0 offers or anything tbh. It was basically dead. And then the last nail in the coffin was when real estate skyrocketed due to the pandemic and yet this domain was still ignored.

I recently dropped its price to $1,999 BIN (like a week ago) and then the buyer actually emailed me asking for a $100 payment plan(last night). I played around with DAN trying to see if I could get that, but I couldn't... because When you Import a Lead, the MAX LTO is 12 months.

It's a low low low price for something like this, imho. But, it's an LTO, so the buyer might still end up not finishing his payments. So there's that ^_^ 3 payments and the domain is basically paid for.
