Uniregistry payout profile problem

When I go to setup my payout profile and click "Get Started" button then this happens. The button gets disabled and the wait icon on button keeps revolving. Nothing happens after that. Tried both Edge and Firefox.

What the support is saying? Try disabling all addons and different pc (ip).
