What is your biggest BrandBucket complaint?

As I am nearing the launch of the system for domainers to list their names on Brandroot, I am wondering what are the most frequent complaints from BrandBucketlings.

I am assuming that the largest complaint would be the exclusivity requirement (which I don't see any solution to and will also be implementing on Brandroot), but I want to know other complaints that are more related to the system and the listing process itself.

BrandBucket complaints,

Not a great customer support, we have to wait 3 to 5 days for their response

Sorry i can"t find any other complaints with them..they are just great in selling Brandable names..

Well 3 to 5 days isn't bad at all. lol And yes, I agree. They sell those names like their candy.
