I have posted this on 3 forums cause i have no idea where it must go,
What are the laws on porn sites here is my idea(we have all the equiptment)

Me and My mate shoot porn, ALL models are aged 18 and up

Then on my site/forum ( adult site/forum) we place it on so only members can see.

To become a member you pay a subscription.

Is that legal. Do i need to get the modle to sign enything. (this will be not just photoshoots but also video's some hardcore)

If thats legal is this legal aswell to give it a push.

We pick up random girls talk to them and go home and photoshoot/video em naked. Is that ok if i make them sign somthing, like a contract.

I am sure that there are licenses that you have to have...
Apart from contracts etc.

As I understand it, you need to throughly research all pertinent laws (community, state, and national) that might apply before getting into this business. One misstep, and you could face serious fines, even jail time.

over here they are reffered to mostly as solicitors....

Anyway, Im guessing that your looking at spending a lot of money on Laywers fees and licenses.
