Catched.com backorder is technically successful but I have 0 info from them

Hello,

I placed backorder on catched.com couple of days ago and seems that it went succesfully, couple of hours the domain was registered by them. Despite that I have no contact from them and no change on the catched.com panel, nor on edomains. Should I be worried?

Finally, like 40 hours after domain was catched the status was changed to "win" and the edomains.com issued an invoice for it. It's still not signed to my name despite paying the invoice.
