I really wish GoDaddy would fix this system bug where it is constantly flip-flopping the currency from what I set in my Account Settings. This is more than likely a (cough) "smart geo setting" where they are overriding my Account Setting due to my location. 
This is turning into a BIG problem as it auto-switched again this morning and I almost accepted an offer on a domain before I realized it was NOT in USD. I was literally hitting the "Accept" button when I realized the system had screwed up yet again.
There should be ABSOLUTELY NO AUTO-CURRENCY CHANGES from your hardline Account Setting, ever. If I want to change it, I will change it, and my geo-location should not automatically override it.
