There are tons of 3 characters in dot Mobi but all those 3 characters are not having much Google search result whereas the word TID have search result of 797,000,000 which is much better then almost all the other 3 character names!

tid means time in Norwegian. And maybe in other Scandinavian languages. That could explain high number of search results.

I rechecked for you. It means "time" in Swedish, Norwegian and Danish.

also, having "id" in it also helps the quality.

But still xxxx sales for .mobi are rare for now and usually are paid for business related English words. Good luck though.
